Transforming ways of being and doing through collective practice
How does the human network of our organization operate? What relationships do we establish between and amongst ourselves, with others, and with the ecosystems we inhabit? What tools do we use for seeing and what techniques do we apply in our work? Do we feel we need to change something? Adopt a new approach? Revise certain habits or shift directions?
At XXK we mentor collectives (associations, social movements, NGOs, public administrations, etc.) in different moments of analysis and planning, enabling them to build organizations, human groups and ways of working that are more livable, that reflect feminist perspectives, and that are oriented towards organizational change. The process is as important as the results, and the means must be aligned with the ends. XXK shares tools and timely support with organizations that feel they cannot confront these questions alone.
