We have accompanied Setem in different moments during its pro-gender equality organizational change process. On this occasion they trusted us to define their II Plan of Action 2019-2022. We worked together with the Team for a non hetero-patriarchal organization. By using diverse tools we weaved a document that we wanted to be sustainable and adjusted to the reality of the organization. We also wanted ; that would allow to clearly identify the horizons towards which we want to walk; and flexible, that would allow to make adjustments in this path that is not linear, reserving time to tell how it is being done and to celebrate.
